Heated pool swim lessons in Garden Oaks
From November, private and semi-private lessons at a heated pool in Garden Oaks, kept at 86 degrees. In-home lessons carry on all year, exactly as they always have. The heated pool is another place to swim.
86°
The water is held at 86 degrees — warm enough for a small child to stay in and keep working through a whole lesson, in a month when most pools here are too cold to use.
Three reasons to use it
Your pool is too cold by November
Most pools in Houston are unusable from about now until spring, so lessons stop and a lot of what a swimmer built over the summer goes with them. The heated pool is a way to keep going instead of starting again in April.
You do not have a pool
Apartments, townhomes and rentals. Until now we had nothing to offer a family without water at home, whatever time of year it was.
Your pool is not right for lessons
Too deep at the shallow end, too small to swim a length, or busy with neighbours at the times that would suit a lesson.
What a lesson at the pool costs
One price, wherever you live — the pool is in one place, so there is no travel to price in.

Before you book
- Where
- Garden Oaks, Houston 77018. It is a private pool, so the address goes to you once you have a slot rather than being published here.
- When
- From November. Times at the pool are limited and we are still setting them, so tell us the days and hours that work for you and we will say honestly what is open.
- How to book
- Through the enquiry form or by phone. There is no online booking for the pool yet. A person reads every enquiry and comes back to you.
- Who teaches
- The same instructors who teach at homes, one swimmer at a time, the same person each week.
